This notice describes the early-access product as it works today.
What we collect
We store your email address and sign-in/session records. If you apply as a Speaker, we also store the profile, offerings, portrait and availability you choose to provide. Requests, messages, reports and support notes are stored to provide and moderate the service.
What is public
Only approved Speaker profiles and offerings appear publicly. Email addresses, drafts and request conversations are private. Participants can read their request. An administrator can read a reported request only after taking that report for review.
How the service uses information
We use your information for sign-in, publication, requests, private messages, moderation and service operation. Email delivery uses Resend when production mail is enabled. Notification emails do not contain private message bodies. Pending email payloads are encrypted and cleared after delivery or expiry.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. We do not add advertising trackers. Records are retained for service operation and resolving issues; automated account export/deletion and a formal retention program are not yet available. Contact us about your information.
The current scope
We do not collect card details or phone numbers, place calls, record audio, provide transcription, or scan messages with AI in this MVP. This notice may change as later features are introduced.
